Make the Plunger manufactured by the same procedure as "Regeneration as Original" as the basic material, select Titanium Nitride (TiN) as ceramics for coating considering actual results, economic relations and conformity and make Ultra high graded Plunger by coating ceramics on allover surface of the basic materail with 4 - 5 micron thickness of coating by special high technology.

The following two (2) methods areselected for Ionized Plating by Physical Vaporisation Development of Titanium Nitride (TiN);
  1. Multi-arc Method
  2. Hollowed Cathode Method

By means of above methods, can obtainrigid close adhesion and uniformity of plated ceramic by micron order.Also, coating by Chromium Nitridewhich has advantage of anti-corrosion& anti-seizure is available by order.
